The Real Estate Agency IMMOBILIER PRADES OFFICE  was created in June 2007, and is managed by Hugues LIOTARD, who has diplomas from University of Perpignan and was in the past Assistant of the Manager in another Real Estate Agency of the "Conflent".

Already experienced within the area, knowing the clients and the differents partners : Surveyors, Sollicitors, Architects and Builders...

Descendant of old successfull family of Prades, Hugues LIOTARD created a service of quality, based on the satisfaction of previous clients.

IMMOBILIER PRADES OFFICE is working within an area of outstanding natural beauty and surrounds.

From the "Conflent" (Prades, Vinça, Joch, Vernet les Bains, Corneilla de Conflent, Ria/Sirach, Urbanya, Nohèdes, Olette, Serdinya, Catllar, Molitg les Bains, Mosset, Los Masos, Villerach, Clara, Marquixanes, Eus, Arboussols...) to the "Cerdagne" (Mountain Side) or the "Riberal" (Sea Side).

The agency is able to work in the whole "département" of Pyrénées Orientales, or farer if needed.

The Conflent is the main route from the Méditerranée to the Mountains and Andorra, for the Ski.
